αβcorundum brick is produced by melting and casting high alumina in electric furnace under 2000℃, αβcorundum is formed when α-alumina andβ-alumina inter-combing during ther crystallization stage.a very compace structure is then formed.

It has excellent endurance to strong alkali. Under 1350, the corrosion resistance is same as AZS block. Since there nearly don’t have impurities as Fe2O3 and TiO2 , so when contact with glass liquid, air bubble are rarely found, and no pollution to glass liquid.
